Can't give me info on new installs

<p>I pre-ordered a fibre line installation and was told I will be called and confirm when this week they will come to install . I therefore canceled my internet already to make sure I don't need to pay the whole army once off. I called fibrehood today to find out what is happening and after having a chat with a seemingly inept employee I was given the number and reference to britelink to find out from them as they are sub contractors it seems. I called them multpile times and all I kept getting was hung up on this is extremely bad service !</p>
