4 Weeks After Line Installed - Still No Fibre Connection

Fibrehoods installed my line 4 weeks ago. Tested it to be working. They still have not handed the line over to Cell C - 4 weeks later! They keep calling me wanting to come and install the line - this was done 4 weeks ago! Nothing further happens with their *********** staff! I am now waiting 1 month to be connected - worst service ever!!
