The worst service from an Internet service provider

If you want to experience bad service, these are the guys. I have never publicly complained about a company but these guys they just take the cup as the worst service providers I've ever experienced. Their phones go unanswered, no response to emails and their hours are inconsistent. You cant even cancel with them because they don't answer.
