Great Support

Good evening. I dealt with 2 delightful consultants, Lulama & Tshiamo around the week of the 26th of November. This was regarding reinstating my connection I had lost for over a month. It is a long story but to cut it short, the consultants had promised they would see to it that I was reconnected etc. & eventually I was. I just wanted to say a note of many thanks to them for their assistance. I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me as a customer. For once I dealt with caring people instead of just treating me like a number. I am at ease now after spending weeks without internet connection that left me very frustrated. Fibre Sky Link, you have a bunch of good people there, please look after them. Thank you again for sorting me out, I had lost hope. Regards Mark
