Absolutely disgusting service and even worse connectivity in their partnership with Linteg fibre. Between having no connectivity for over a week and having to deal with their avoidant customer service I'm annoyed. They lack empathic and are generally mean and put themselves first and not the customer. Their communications are absolutely vile and they do not adhere to their own SLAs. Even the 1 star is because the platform won't allow me to give them a big fat ZERO.
