Worst ISP Experience, Misleading, Slow, and Dishonest

I signed up for a 50 Up / 100 Down line and received an email promising a 4-month free promo. Great, I thought. But at the end of the very first month, they still sent me a bill. When I questioned this, a lady named Chelsey dismissed me and said there is no such thing as free internet. So much for false advertising.

On top of that, their so-called “high-speed” line was a joke. My speed tests constantly came in at below 75 Mbps download and below 30 Mbps upload – nowhere near what I was paying for. I raised multiple complaints and they failed to resolve anything.

Fed up, I requested a cancellation. They slapped me with a cancellation fee, which I paid just to be free of their terrible service. And even after that, they refused to send me proper proof of cancellation a petty, manipulative trick clearly designed to lock customers in for an extra 30 days without service.

This company is dishonest, ***********, and exploitative. They lure you in with **** promos, deliver sub-standard internet speeds, and then trap you with ********* billing practices. Easily the worst ISP I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away if you value your money, your time, and your sanity.
