Waste of Time ISP

being very generous with a 1 star being trying to do a simple transfer of a line sent and email and they told me they can't transfer the line as it is still within the 6 month period however I have had the line for 9 months I asked for someone to call me and I am still waiting sent numerous emails but am ignored completely... what a waste of a company
