Unhappy customer

The worst service provider. There is no communication whatsoever from them. They always suspend my account without any explanation and when I call the consultants seem to not know what the issue may be. They always say it’s regarding payment but I make sure that my account is paid every month before the 30th. They don’t keep their promises and they don’t compensate for their downtime. We’ve had problems with our internet for 2 weeks and nothing was said about it, but we had to pay the whole amount. I’m so disappointed!
