POOR SERVICE AND A ****

I would like to share my disappointment and frustration when it comes to the above fiber company, when I took their service I told them that my month runs from the 15th of every month, since I'm a government employee

So I'm paying close to R700 for their services on the 15th but comes the 3rd of the following month they disconnect their services

Which means I'm paying R700 for 2 weeks of fiber

I've been complaining but their unprofessional behavior is not functioning
