Poor after hour customer service

Why is there no one to assist with reconnection issues after hours, my internet connection is suspended and yet I paid my account more than 10 days ago, the email says office line from 8am to 8pm, this is unacceptable!!!!, they are so quick to suspend the service but take long to resolve reconnection issues and I will not be paying a reconnection fee because I paid the account 13 days ago, I sent them 5 emails after they sent their communication.
