Pathetic service from Fiber ninja

This company is pathetic, they say you must pay by the 3rd of every month but don’t factor in weekends and the fact that payment won’t reflect immediately on their side.. then they disconnect you and even after sending POP they still say the waiting for money to reflect on their account.. maybe they bank with bank of Zimbabwe because I don’t understand.
