Katleho rude King

I have logged 3 tickets for the same thing in 1 week and I was assisted by Katleho who gave me the most appalling service I have ever received in my life.

Him and his colleague called me "crazy" on the call as I refused to pay a call out fee for a router i have been complaining about from inception.

I asked him to apologize and he continued to be rude and arrogant.. I am not going to let this one slide slightly and will make sure it's dealt with accordingly.

All parties will be informed of this, ombudsman and ICASA.

I demand all my call recordings for this date
