I paid my monthly subscription on the 29th and my services were suspended on the 3rd

I paid my monthly subscription on the 29th and my services were suspended on the 3rd. I've tried numerous channels to communicate with then to no avail. My services are still suspended with no communication from them. I wrote a review about Linteg Fibre who have responded with a automated message blaming Fibre Ninja so I still sit with no internet for more than 3 days and bad responses from Linteg. This service is **********!!!
