The worst fibre experience I have EVER encountered! They gave me a rate on subscription, 2months later they increased the price to almost dbl what I have subscribed to. When I refused to pay the increased rate, they suspended my account. I sent multiple emails looking to change the subscription to a different package… then they wanted me to pay a fee to change the package, as if the whole thing was my fault. Then they stopped responding to my emails. Do not waste your time or your money with this service provider. They are useless. You will get ****med
