Fibre Ninja increase in premiums every few months!!!

My husband was paying R480 for our fibre, increased to 785 in November last year, five months later and fibre ninja want to increase the fee to 885 which is highly unacceptable and outrageous, how does an increase come five months after a previous increase? I have tried to reach the company to no avail and seems the next step is to approach the ombudsman
