What a big shame to think of small Companies that have no schooling in terms of customer retention and quality, I just signed up with them only to find out they are ****mers, they do not want to provide me with their router and adamant that I must use the one that was provided by the former ISP, on the other hand I am charged R439 for administrative fees, when I asked why should I pay for administrative fees, I am told it is paper work and router.

What a shame to the people you have employed who lack customer satisfaction service.
