Disappointed with fibre ninja

On the 6th June I app**** for fiber with Fibre Ninja everything went well until the day the technician came to install. They installed with an old dirty router and the technician said they where installing a used router because they where shot of stock he will becoming to change it the following day. The day came the guy didn't show up I called the office to complain about the router and the fact that I can't connect my new gadgets . I was told the router is a 4g but they will log in my complain for a new router. They then proceeded to send and email saying they will change the router. Fast forward to the 15th I get another email stating that they will nolonger be exchanging the router because the router is free and not being charged meaning I will have to continue with this one even though it doesn't connect to all my gadgets (5g gadgets) !.
