Bad service

Their service is very bad paid for connection on the 22nd of December it was reconnect on the 27th of December and they close my service on the 5th of Jan that time they don't even inform you as a client on they will disconnect and when you call to find out their consultant are rude and not very friendly this Fibre Ninja must be closed cause they are ripping people off it's a **** such is oppression to the community this company must be reported to the Ombuds and be closed
