bad service
i wanted a fiber from them,paid everything only to find the fiber boxes were not installed in my street side,though opposite my house they have. So they couldn't install fiber, now they have to refund my money its the 3rd week,they promising every day that the money will be deposited, i would give them 2 days in between nothing has happened,reason has been system error and that the money will be in the next day.

22 Sept 2023, 02:09Yesterday they send Linteg fiber team to come and check if the box is really not there,they failed as a company to establish if my area is connectted,like other companies i approached after,that will first check.I wouldn't know if there is something missing inside what was installed only them as experts. he was sent to take picture, till this day the company has not responded or refunded me. Bad
