BiZZARE Fibre prices ALLROUND!!

On average fibre prices have increased somewhat bizarrely. Safs are told we're "on the frontiers of digital competiveness" (gotta laugh really)

To compare : The little island of Manila thats a miniscule economy compared to SA has for the equivalent of R1000 : unlimited 80-200mbps PLUS 40/60 cable channels in combo deals. You can research these things easily.

SA on the other hand is fleecing consumers for mediocre 10 meg lines at at average of R500. Im surprised as usual that a majority is crickets on this..but will go out destroying and disrupting services for a R300 increase. Many of the exact same people are paying fat airtime/data bills.

Does anyone else sense that pricing here smacks of collusion among the general providers to ***** the consumer?

SA is like 15 years behind the world in "fibre" and suddenly 5G went silent with the new cash*** of fiber consumers.

Why are people mostly silent ? Any 'internet regulator' can only be a prop here because there's ZERO meaningful intervention for consumers.

ALL providers should be put on notice if one looks at all SA providers. There's exactly none I can say is "fair".
