Worst Service EVER from FGro

Non existent service from this company, i got a quote to insure my vehicles through Discovery insure, the price seemed good on the phone, i emailed them a day later wanting them to quote and add more items onto my policy, i sent 2 emails and no response 2 days later... i had to call them and cancel my policy... who wants to do business with a company that doesnt respond to emails and want future business.....the same as the previous persons review, i phoned them and instructed them to CANCEL my policy with Discovery a week before month end, they said it would be cancelled and they would get back to me to confirm.... They never called me back once, i called them early in October to find out why the Discovery Debit order went off my account along with the R150 service fee from FGro.. they just said Discovery will refund you... they deposited money into my account which was a few hundred rand less than what was debited off my account. Shocking service from FGro Red... Why Discovery is even doing business with such an *********** bunch of people is beyond me?? I'm STILL waiting for them to call me back and refund the money they debited out of my account.
