Was called by Nomvula to inform me about the changes on my plan since the anniversary is nearing. Unfortunately, I was so swamped at work and had to reschedule our call. She called exactly at the time agreed upon. She explained all options that I have and, in the end, reduced my premium without compromising any benefit. Very professional and friendly. Super happy for such great service She provided. Thanks to Fgro as well. Best Broker so far.
