Unprofessional
The salesperson was extremely rude towards the end of the call. Shannon made promises during the call that are not permitted as an FSP.
If this is the way the company speaks to people when trying to make a sale, I can’t help but wonder how customers will be treated when it comes to the claims stage.
Extremely unprofessional.
