Quote not upheld!

FGro Red contacted me and asked to quote me for Discovery insurance. The quote they gave me was higher than my existing premium. When I told them this, they agreed to drop the premium from R1379-00 to R1233.00. I was told that the conversation was all recorded. THe lower premium was never communicated to Discovery who are now debiting my account with R1379-00 although I have phone both companies and emailed Fgro Red. What is the point of having a recording if nobody listens to it??? Fast talking telesales people are an absolute pain. After this experience I will be putting the phone down on anyone who calls me. Once they have made the sale you get absolutely no help with any queries!!!
