Pathetic service

This service is absolutely disgusting. I got a quote from them which sounded okay but I wasn't 100% sure if I wanted to except just yet, so I was told that an agent would call me to confirm everything (which I never got a call) so I sent email advising that I wanted to cancel everything as I wasn't ready to proceed. Then at month end my account was debited. I called to have this canceled and the amount refunded to my account and up till this day no one has sorted this out. They said they would call me back and no one did. This kind of service is about pathetic. Even when I'm ready I wouldn't want to go through this kind of service again.
