Non Responsive

I was contacted by a sales agent (Natasha) on Monday 6 May 2024 who promised me discounted rates and many benefits if I changed to Discovery Insure however, in the 14-minute recording they made me listen to (after agreeing to change insurers) what was explained in the Discovery recording was in total contradiction to what was promised to me in the telephonic conversation. Also, the documents sent to me by mail did not correspond to what was promised to me. In the end, with all hidden costs from Discovery, I will end-up paying more for insurance than before. I said “Call Back” three times during the recording and still has not had a callback to clarify. I sent 2 mails to *** to cancel the process and revoke any authorization I may have given during the consultation, one on the same day and one the next morning, and still no response from them. On 7 May at 8:15 I phoned them and spoke with Anita who promised me that she will initiate a cancelation of the process, still I received mails from them during the day. I called again at 12:48, again speaking with Anita who promised the same thing and that someone will call me back to confirm the cancelation. Till today I have had no call from any one of their staff, only mails indicating that the process is continuing. I have written proof of cancelation within the legal 30-day cooling down period therefore any action after this is ******* and will be reported. This company is non-responsive.
