NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been trying to cancel my policy for over a week already, I've sent multiple emails, engaged on whatsapp and phone every other day with NO SUCCESS, this is literally the worst experience I've ever had with a brokerage. I just got off the phone again, reference for call IOGHD95. This was no help at all, lady just said I will not receive a call back, she has escalated the issue. WHEN WILL I EVER RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT MY POLICY HAS BEEN CANCELLED. When you phone the call centre, no-one answers the phone, emails also don't get any response
