Nolwazi Ngcobo - Employee of the Month

Nolwazi Ngcobo assisted me in my claim. She contacted me to inform me that my claim has been rejected as the value of the item I claimed exceeds the limit of the portable possessions coverage. I informed her that the sales representative specifically confirmed to me that the item does not have to be specified and informed her that I will require the recording of our call to take matters further. Nolwazi kept me calm throughout the call, although I made it very difficult for her, and assured me that she will investigate the matter and get back to me. Within an hour she called me back and explained that, although the item exceeds the limit under such coverage, due to the misunderstanding the claim has been approved as it falls within the insurers discretion.
