No Communication Skills

I received a call from a "very polite" representative of FGro, but unfortunately, his demeanor changed the moment I declined a quote from Discovery. While I was happy to listen to what he had to say, he abruptly hung up on me while I was still speaking—an incredibly rude and unprofessional response.

Due to this lack of basic courtesy, I will no longer entertain any discussions about FGro’s products in the future. It’s disappointing that a company reliant on effective communication does not ensure its representatives are trained in this fundamental skill.

While I may not have become a client today, I could have been one tomorrow.
