I had an accident and my car was written off and had it not been for Michael Nene I doubt my insurance would have acted so fast to resolve my claim. Mike was very supportive and checked with me almost everyday to find out how far my claim has gone and just pushed my insurance company to quickly finalise my matter. I was really happy and impressed with Michael, he is genuinely an asset to FGro. A huge thank you to Michael Nene!
