I have been called during the course of October 2022 to allow an opportunity for a quotation. The agent handed the call to the team leader. The Team leader was reading out the terms and conditions which takes 15 minutes and more as I have stopped her from reading. I have stated that I would like a hard copy of the T,s and C's, I did not agree to buying the services until i read the fine print and was satisfied. I did not get back to F Gro. During the course of yesterday I have noticed a debit order going off for Discovery insure. Going back to my November statement, I have found that I have been debited as well. I have lodged a complaint and requested for a refund. This issue at this company is people are not available to speak to you. I have also liased with the commercial sales manager that spoke very good to me upon calling however did not get back to me. Clearly there are ********** activities going on in this company however the management protects those involved. Please be careful of this company as the person or persons are still employed. I am awaiting the details of those involved however no one will provide the information hence protecting **********.
