Flgo- Poor knowledge of product and processes. Stay away

Flgo Consultant was very great in selling their product I was rely impressed, until I realized that they are not upfront about the product (Discovery Insure). the consultant selling point was you get 50% back in fuel spent but omitted to divulge that this is based on a Tier system/Table. They also did not explain that the tracker device was to monitor driving and not only a collision alert device, but points are also deducted for poor driving (breaking to avoiding potholes and other drives like taxis that stop anywhere. They don't tell you that Discovery uses your lower points achieved for the month to calculate cash back fuel spent or vitality drive points. To add to this, we were not even notified about a fee to do an inspect at Tyger Wheel and Tyres (Annual fee).

I requested a cancellation yesterday and still waiting for it to be processed but Flgo to a few hours to can my current insurer. First consultant stated it take 24Hrs, second consultant stated 24 to 72 hrs. and the third stated 24-48 hours. How can we trust them if they don't even know how their own processes work. still waiting for cancellation.
