FGro Red Financial Services - beyond TERRIBLE

The service received from this broker is beyond terrible. I have been struggling for over 2 months to resolve a mistake they made on my policy. I have been paying for the error and have phoned and whatsapp'd on various occasions asking for feedback and now they dont even reply to my whatsapp.s . I have asked to speak to supervisors, managers and anyone willing to help but am told i cannot as my case is with a certain person and only they can resolve this issue. Go to these brokers if you want cover that you will pay for but are unable to claim on.
