FGro Red false promises to make a sale

I was called by a salesman in November to get me to switch to Discovery. I was told about the vitality card to be swiped at BP and Shell. I asked the salesman what happens if I put petrol in at anpther garage (my bank loyalty points are linked to Engen and Caltex/astron). I was specifically told not to worry, all I have to do is send a picture of the receipt and he will load it for me. In the main I have been using BP, but on Wednesday my fuel was very low and I went to the Astron which is about 200m away from my office. I put in R500 and sent a picture of the receipt. Today I was told that the receipt was eclined as it only counts if there isn't a BP or Shell within 50km of the garage I used. I was NEVER told about that condition, so now I ma losing out, due to false promises made during a sales pitch

That is not good enough. I am losing out because your sales person blatantly gave me the wrong information....how do you propose to rectify it?
