FGro Red - Cancelling Broker Policy is a Nightmare

They are a broker for Discovery Insure, and they provided me with a decent discount on my insurance. Upon changing my insurer my current insurer provide a much better deal. So I proceeded with cancelling my new policy.

FGro Red was very helpful wen starting the policy but its a complete 180 when try to cancel the policy, I am still playing for policy that I got confirmation for being cancel 4 times! The are "The administrator of your policy" so they would need to cancel it.

For discovery to cancel it on their behalf has become a nightmare, I have to provide documents on documents, with many hours wasted over this quick 15min call from FGro Red.
