FGro Red ********* business conduct

This FGRO discovery insurance broker is very dishonest and ********* in conducting their business.

Throughout my interactions with the sales agent, I consistently communicated that my car does not have a Tracker. However, upon reviewing the policy schedule sent after canceling my current insurance, I discovered that my car was inaccurately listed as having a Tracker. This misinformation not only reflects dishonesty but could potentially impact my claims adversely. Furthermore, the broker attempted to sell me a Tracker, which would have resulted in a higher premium.

In light of these red flags and the discovery of negative reviews on platforms such as Hello Peter, indicating a pattern of purposely capturing incorrect information, I promptly requested the cancellation of my insurance. Lisa Naidoo assured me that the cancellation process is underway, and I should receive confirmation soon.

My coverage was initially scheduled to commence on February 16, 2024. I am sincerely hoping that there will be no unauthorized debit from my account, as has been reported by some customers.

I strongly advise all individuals who have insurance through this broker to meticulously review their policy schedules. It seems imperative to avoid unwelcome surprises when filing a claim.
