I have been trying to get a refund for funds that were debited without my consent and I have never had such a bad experience. No one answers emails, telephone calls or WhatsApp messages to assist me. Not only that, I have told them numerous times that I am not accepting the policy they are shoving down my throat, and during this whole debarcal, they go and debit my account yet again for a policy I have stated many times that I do not want.
