Excellent customer service from Xolani Shangase, Personal Broker Department.

I would like to acknowledge and share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received at the onset of my policy and still receive from Xolani Shangase from the Personal Broker Department. Xolani has been so outstanding. He devote his time to take you through your documents line by line. My first experience to have my policy schedule explained like that where I could understand the fine lines. Xolani will even verify spelling of your demographics and other details and update accordingly. Notwithstanding that he doesn't impose or insist to talk when you are busy on not in a position to be on a call, when he promise something, he delivers efficiently. He is also so humble and a good listener, always provides good advise. He markets the discovery insure products in a manner that you won't resist although it sounds too good to be true until you try it. He is always available to assist. If I didn't want to lose a consultant like him on my side and policy, I would recommend he be a national master trainer for other consultants and call centers on customer care principles. Keep up the good work Mr Shangase, I am already selling you out to my friends and colleagues 💯👏👏🙏
