Disastrous Entity

Such a horrible experience.

I was looking for an insure while I had pre-existing one for my car. And I approached FGro. While on the long call I had made it clear after they had taken my details that I am nit sealing and agreeing that I'm taking an insurance offer, they sent me welcome emails and I responded back that I have reconsidered and will nit go with them.

I tried different modes even whatsapp and they said someone will call in the next 24hrs, no call received to stop the process. I also did not sign any documents that they have sent. However, I was debited on my account for insurance I did not sign for.

Such a horrible experience with them.

I would not even recommend them.
