Beware: no quote provided! Lot of time wasted

I have had the same experience as Iza G. Between the first contact and the supervisor (3 people), the call went on for a very long time. I said I wanted to see the offer in writing. I repeatedly said, from the start, I will decide once I have the quote and are able to read the fine print, as well as compare with my current policy.

You only get the policy statement once you agree to the offer and hand over your bank details. I said I was NOT going to give them my bank details until I saw the offer in black and white. At this point, we parted ways, and they wasted a LOT of my time.

I repeated this to ALL 3 people that I want to see the quote first, yet they continued on and on until we got to the banking details.

How does Discovery feel about agents bullying there prospective clients into business?

And by the way, with POPIA in action, where did they get my personal information anyway?!
