Andiswa Gwala, lovely lady with excellent customer service skills. I was changing my insurance from iwyze to Discovery. With all the complications/hiccups we experienced from the iWyze team, she did everything she could to make this to be a smooth transition. She went an extra mile on countless occasions, and her willingness to assist with an awesome attitude is by far the best. I wish all customer agents could be like her!👌🙂
