Account activation without consent.

I am with Discovery Insure. They contacted me and said they could get me a better price, asked me to sign a brokers note on 2 pages so thy could get access to my details. Before they could tell me that they could not get me a better price, they completely moved me from my previous broker without any communication and sent me welcome documents, declarations of closure, cancelation letter for my previous broker. They DID NOT communicate with me prior, they DID NOT send me a quote, They DID NOT send me my policy until I called in and queried all of this.

Please do not use this company, they are dodge and do not conduct business in a professional manner.
