Fever up don't care about the customer
Wanted to buy tickets on the 16th Dec for the advertised 50% discount for the 22nd Dec show at 5pm in Johannesburg. The website didn't provide the option for any discount so I reported the issue to them on the same day. I decided in good faith to proceed and buy the tickets on the full price to secure my seat in the meantime and allow Fever, who I trusted was a reputable company, to resolve my issue.
On 16th I logged a ticket for the discount error and requested a discount and they responded to say that they are working on it. I even called in to follow up later that day to which they admitted that there were some issues that is being looked at.
On the 18th they email back just to state that the website is working fine, and I can book the tickets with the discount but fail to say anything about refunding me. I rep**** back asking again for the refund.
On the 19th they responded back with: "We've looked into your case and, unfortunately, the tickets you have purchased are strictly non-refundable. Unless there is a change in the experience, the event organizer’s policies do not allow us to issue any refunds after 24 hours since the booking is made."
I again rep**** and stated my case and even made the point that I did log the complaint on the same day, but they are saying simply sorry for the inconvenience and that they can't refund or provide a voucher equivalent to the 50% discount which is R1500. Now that I researched this Fever up company, I found that there are numerous other complaints about similar issues in other parts of the world. BEWARE of Fever up.
