Looking at the overwhelmingly poor reviews for this inconsiderate organization, it's painfully clear that I'm far from the only person to have experienced their appalling service. In hindsight, I should have paid attention to the warning signs before giving them my hard-earned money. I purchased tickets for the Four Seasons Candlelight Concert, only for the event to be cancelled a few days later. Rather than automatically refunding me to the original payment method, they unilaterally placed my money into a "wallet," effectively holding my funds hostage. After contacting customer support, I specifically requested that my refund be processed back to my original method of payment. I received confirmation that the refund had been processed, yet an entire month has passed and not a single cent has reflected in my account. I have repeatedly followed up to notify them that I still have not received my money. Their response? Complete silence. They have simply stopped replying. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Taking customers' money is quick and effortless for them, but returning it when they fail to deliver the service they promised appears to be an impossible task. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. Read the reviews carefully before handing over your money. I sincerely regret trusting this business, and from the way they have handled this situation, they come across as nothing more than a company that is happy to take your money but has no intention of treating customers fairly when things go wrong.

I am writing this to express my absolute disgust and fury at the sheer incompetence of the organizers behind the Fever Coldplay Tribute show held at The Ridge Casino in Emalahleni on May 30th. It was advertised as a premium, world-class experience. What we actually received for our hard-earned money was an insult to the intelligence and ears of everyone in attendance. My wife purchased tickets so that three couples could enjoy a great night out. Instead, we were subjected to four utterly amateur musicians whose performance can only be described as a horrific, screeching racket. To put it mildly, it sounded like four cats fighting in a trashcan. Calling this an "occupational hazard" to listen to is an understatement. It was so unbearable that we were forced to walk out halfway through the show just to prevent our ears from bleeding. The financial audacity of this organization is what infuriates me the most: Total Paid: R2,100 The Insulting "Remedy": A measly R110 voucher for a future Fever show. How on earth do you justify a R110 voucher against a R2,100 loss? Do you honestly think we would ever subject ourselves to another one of your abysmal events? To make matters worse, the organizers of this Fever concert clearly have zero respect or care for their audience. When my wife rightfully lodged a complaint and requested a full refund, she was flat-out ignored. Total radio silence. They are more than happy to pocket premium prices for a definitive 0/10 performance, but completely lack the integrity to face dissatisfied customers. We demand a full refund. You cannot charge premium prices for a sub-amateur performance and then hide when the audience calls you out on it. Your customer service is just as pathetic as the show itself. Potential customers beware: Avoid Fever events at all costs. It is a complete waste of money and time
