Unfriendly , staff

I went to Ferndale books on 3 separate occasions because I was given the incorrect books even after giving the staff the book list . when you call this company especially the ladies are very unfriendly and RUDE. On Saturday I had to return a book which they incorrectly gave us and when I get there they refused to take the book back because my daughter had covered it with clear plastic which looked really neat and said they can take it back has a 2nd hand book.... Never again - Don't Support Ferndale Textbooks ....
