I have been purchasing books through them for the last 4years. My sons school will send us a list and we will select the books and purchase directly from Ferndale Textbooks. I did not realised one of the study guides I purchased on the list was something we purchased in grade 6. Ferndale Textbooks at first refused to take back the book told me to return in October. Then I showed an email which the manager has sent me and the book was returned minus 10% handling fee. A brand new book never opened yet they still changed me 10% handling fee i am absolutely disgusted will also be advising my sons school and other parents not to deal with this place . Not even CNA or PNA would charge you to return a book.
