Terrible Service online and in person.

I went online to order School text books. The instruction was to call before to make sure they do have the stock. I called, the assistant said she could only verify 1 of the 4 books for me because whilst on the phone with me she has now missed 5 other calls. Her proposition was I mail through my query and not to forget no online orders will be accepted till after January.
