Terrible service

I recently had a terrible experience at the Ferndale textbook store. I was looking for specific books and the girl who was working there was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed completely disinterested in helping me find the book I was looking for and when I asked for her assistance, she was dismissive and condescending. I was shocked by her lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, after a while of asking her for the book she gave me a damaged book and I asked to see other books and she told me they were all like that and and top of it I asked if I can please see them and she was so rude. I am not paying full price for a damaged book . She was just as rude and unhelpful and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by making a purchase. Overall, my experience at the Ferndale textbook store was incredibly disappointing. The terrible service and rude girl who worked there made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. However, all the other staff were so friendly and polite. When i asked for someone else to help me, they were open to help but she jumped in even though she went to help another customer while busy with me I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience.
