Ferndale Textbooks- lack of customer service

Conflicting messages regarding the stock of Accounting workbooks Telephonically confirmed that the workbooks were available, but on arriving at the store was informed that the 5 books were sold and that they were out of stock 5 minutes later I phoned the store and was once again informed that there were 5 books in stock. This totally confused me as I was turned away from the store in an abrupt manner. Very disappointed as the service is non- existent. They either have stock or don't. If they don't then they should let me know the process of ordering. Theres no point in lying to customers. I am awaiting a reply from this business.
