It is a ****. RUN!!!!!!!

This business is a ****! When they call just put the phone down don't even engage with them. The address listed on their documentation is not their real address. They will keep on calling you offering to send some samples through at a certain cost. I responded by saying samples would be good but first send your catalogue etc through via email. That never happened and then 4 weeks later a mysterious box was waiting in the office for me. Which had the lowest quality hand soap and pine liquid in the world. 3 Weeks later our accounts received an invoice via email for R1500 odd rand. We then figured out that this mysterious box of soap must be connected to this invoice. At that point we paid the invoice as the soap was all ready here and the hassle was just not worth it. Que to July this month I received call from a gentleman saying that they realized now that they only sent half of the samples and that they apologize for the inconvenience. I said well that makes sense as invoicing someone for 10 litres of below average soap is very cheeky and very expensive. I said that we don't need the samples the forgot to send but he was adamant that is was all ready with the courier. I asked will there be an additional charge, he said this is still part of you welcome package that we forgot to deliver. He dodged a real answer and I said no need to drop them off we don't need it. Come Monday and there is a courier delivering 30 litres! of soaps. I refuse to accept the order and I call them they say they are dispatch and have no clue about the invoicing side but that we will have to pay for this order as well. I refuse to sign the paperwork. the courier guy literally won't leave with the product. He finally left leaving the product and me writing on the piece of paper that I don't agree to this order and that is must be collected. The next morning I receive a phone call saying I owe money and we can't send the product back. I go on to google maps and see that the address they have on their 'invoice' is not their real address. We are not paying and will now ignore them. These soaps will stand in a dark storage corner and will not be used as it is low quality and people complained that the hand soap burned their hands. They keep threatening us with legal action. I told them to bring it. There is no proof of us ordering nor agreeing to these transactions. Terrible **** **** company!!
